Darkness, my sense of sight is gone
I need to live again
I can't dance anymore
You left me weak and
Out of Step, my sense of music is gone
I need to chant again
I can't write anymore
You left me empty and
Dry, my sense of verse is gone
I need my poetry to live
I won't love anyone
You left me cold and
Unloved, my sense of romance is gone
You need to love me again
